Why take lessons?Private lessons provide individualized, one-on-one instruction with a professional flute performer and educator. With this attention, the student improves faster and with more skill and finesse. Studying with a master of the instrument insures that good habits will be instilled and that the student’s personal learning needs are met. Dr. Allison takes pride in inspiring students to achieve their own goals using efficient and effecting teaching tools that the students can use outside of lessons.
What is covered in lessons?Lessons help you reach YOUR goals, perhaps more efficiently. Each lessons is designed with you in mind, with a foundation in the pedagogy of flute instruction but also creative, out-of-the-box approaches to get the mind truly engaged in learning.

Cancellation PolicyCancellation Policy Please, PLEASE try to SWAP with a classmate first if a conflict comes up during your normally scheduled time - especially if you are at one of the school locations (even if I can make up on a different day, I'll be sitting at your school during your slot if you don't swap - essentially doubling the time I dedicate to you).
